Instructional Designer
6 month contract, based remotely within EMEA - 5 x openings
As the Instructional Designer you will report to the Head of Instructional Design. You will work with various stakeholders to: analyze, design, develop and evaluate material in multiple modalities, following an instructional design process. Providing our client’s audiences with the knowledge and skills required to enable them to achieve results.
The Instructional Designer will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together their experience, instructional methodologies, learning and development best practise to design best in class enablement solutions.
Collaborate with the Head of Instructional Design, Project Managers, and SMEs to:
Fully scope and size instructional projects.
Create detailed course design documents including key activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
Maintain high standards for instructional design services and professional development opportunities.
Flag requirements including creation, and updating of existing material.
Implement the course design documents as scoped.
Support content development and technical writing.
