Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at RE, you would play a pivotal role in
identifying, screening and hiring top-tier talent across the EMEA and AMER/LATAM regions. We are looking for someone who will leverage their expertise to engage hire high-caliber candidates for a variety of roles within our technology solutions and consulting practice, ensuring we continue to build a world-class team that meets our clients' needs and drives our business forward.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Cycle: Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing,
interviewing, and hiring for various roles in technology solutions and consulting.
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Work with the Sourcing team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on recruitment strategies, and ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely
communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
