Medical Director - Oncology
About the job
Planet Pharma are partnered with a Global Clinical Research Organisation who are seeking experienced medical monitors or study physicians to join their EU team as a Medical Director who will specialise in oncology.
The Candidate:
6-8 years of medical monitoring in the CRO, Pharma or Biotech industry.
Knowledge of the clinical research process, including GCP.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to clinical development.
A Medical degree (M.D.) with a specialization (board certification) in Oncology.
The Responsibilities:
Medically manage clinical trials assigned to the Medical Monitor whilst serving as Global Lead Medical Monitor (GLMM)
Collaborate with the Medical & Safety project teams to process SAEs
Provide therapeutic and protocol-specific training to the project teams
Review and/or assist in the preparation of final study reports (CSRs), or other study documentation.
