We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Manage Helpdesk Software and assign Tickets .
-Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment.
-Provide support to management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
-Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
-Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
- Dealing with vendors and customers
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Great customer service and interpersonal skills
( Freshers can also Apply ) ( All training will be provided )
Qualifications :
-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
-Must be fluent in English
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
-Effective communication and teamwork skills.
-The candidate should have Basic IT Knowledge and skills .
-Knowledge in Social Media and Content Creation will be an advantage
