We are looking for exceptional, smart, and driven talent striving to be number one. We are currently seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage our activities across social media platforms, with an emphasis on demand generation and a strong focus on user acquisition.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of specialists to set strategy and to implement campaigns dedicated to user acquisition across several social media platforms such as Facebook, Tik-Tok, Snapchat and Reddit.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive new users via social media channels.
Collaborate with the media planning team to execute reach and awareness campaigns, broadening our target audience.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience of gamers.
Lead creative testing to bring continuous learning and improvement to the creative strategy and creative production.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, including cohort analysis, LTV analysis, and ROI analysis, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
