In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent across the EMEA region. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure HR policies and practices align with our business goals and foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic HR plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives for the EMEA region.
Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and direction on all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Orthopedic and Spinal Surgery field across the EMEA region.
