How will you make a difference
Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring cross-team communication and alignment.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (121s) with each Product Owner to discuss progress, challenges, and career development.
Facilitate career planning and growth opportunities for individual team members.
Manage administrative tasks related to the Product Owner team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
