About the job
A highly regarded Bahraini holding company, in the area of Real Estate and Food & Beverage industry is currently seeking a dedicated and capable individual to join their team in the Kingdom of Bahrain as an "Executive Secretary" to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director with administrative tasks and coordinate their schedule.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and assist in decision-making.
- Arrange travel and handle incoming communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and organize files.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
