Job Summary
This is a fast-paced, global role within the Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for recruiting technical and functional SAP consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the best talent for our global SAP organization while working across multiple regions and time zones. You will search for niche talents for our projects in the public sector, entertainment, media, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates. You will review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also maintain accurate records of candidate information and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Education & Experience
This position requires 6 to 8 years of recruiting experience, with specific SAP recruiting experience. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
