Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project & Support Delivery Excellence:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Utilise project management skills to manage project timelines, resources, risks, and issues while maintaining a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Foster effective communication channels to ensure clear project expectations and objectives are understood by all stakeholders.
Team Management:
Lead a team of highly motivated engineers and ensure timely delivery of project and support functions.
Lead and mentor a team of project delivery professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, effective collaboration, and continuous skill development.
Define & follow KPIs aligning with Organizational and BU Deliverables.
Reporting of the progress of all KPIs related to Service Delivery
Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Escalation point for all Projects & Support engagements
