About the job
This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy.
We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our company, crafting user-centric interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Translating complex user needs into intuitive and engaging website designs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, development) to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Developing and maintaining the company's design system, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment.
Staying up-to-date on the latest web design trends and technologies (e.g., accessibility, responsive design).
Working with front-end developers to ensure designs are translated into functional and responsive websites.
Conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
To be successful, you'll need:
5+ years of experience as a web designer or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
In-depth knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
