We are seeking an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team at House of Athletes. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our clients, focusing on strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement personalized and group training programs for clients
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, providing guidance and support to clients
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed
Develop and maintain a safe and clean training environment
Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective training experience
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in strength and conditioning, incorporating new techniques and methods into training programs
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach
