The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization's talent acquisition efforts. Key duties include developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, creating and posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, screening and interviewing candidates, extending job offers, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for applicants. Additional responsibilities include administering employee benefit programs, maintaining personnel records, investigating workplace issues, and updating HR policies and procedures as needed. Knowledge in LMRA,Tamkeen and GOSI.
