About the job
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Technician at First Motors. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including advanced electrical and mechanical systems. The Master Technician will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other technicians, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Expertise in diagnosing and repairing advanced electrical and mechanical systems
Experience in supervising and mentoring other technicians
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
ASE Certification or equivalent degree or certification in automotive technology
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair
Experience in working with Hyundai vehicles is a plus
