Key Responsibilities
Monitor Systems and Detect Threats
You’ll continuously monitor network activity, identify potential threats, and respond to security incidents in real-time. Using advanced security tools, you’ll analyze suspicious activity and ensure our infrastructure is always protected.

Conduct Security Audits and Vulnerability Assessments
Regularly perform audits of our systems and applications to ensure compliance with security policies and identify areas for improvement. You’ll also run vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to expose potential weaknesses before attackers can exploit them.

Respond to Security Incidents
In the event of a breach or attack, you’ll lead the investigation, working quickly to identify the cause, contain the threat, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.

Collaborate on Security Solutions
Work closely with our IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that enhance security across our networks, databases, and applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring security is built into all systems from the ground up.

Stay Updated on Emerging Threats
Cyber threats evolve constantly, and so must you. You'll stay ahead of the latest developments in the cybersecurity landscape, attending training, conferences, and reviewing research to ensure our defenses are up-to-date.

Enforce Security Policies and Best Practices
You’ll help design, implement, and enforce security policies that govern our infrastructure. Educating staff on best practices for protecting data and using security tools effectively is a key part of your role.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with risk management, incident response, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Proficiency in security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, etc.)
- Knowledge of security frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
