You will work closely with both Marketing and Product Strategy to uncover actionable insights and inform our strategic direction. Your research will elucidate customer jobs-to-be-done, the prevailing market trends affecting the web3 space, and how our brand is perceived among early web3 adopters as well as mainstream consumers.
