Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend focus who will also manage a team of junior frontend engineers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of APIs, Javascript, Typescript, and be familiar with Cron/Automation, Y.js, and Kafka. This role requires an experimental learning engineer who is eager to explore new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, Webhooks and APIs.
Oversee, mentor and lead a team of junior backend & frontend engineers, providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement and manage cron jobs and other automation tasks.
Utilize Y.js for real-time collaboration features.
