About the job
Position Overview
Blockdaemon is in search of a trusted and experienced People Generalist based in EMEA to join our People team and complement our globally distributed team. Our ideal candidate will manage and creatively enhance our efforts in onboarding, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations for both our managers and their direct reports.
This role will report directly to our Head of People, and work closely with our distributed People team. We are looking for someone who is inspired and passionate about building and supporting a strong People function that helps power our growth.
The role will primarily work during EMEA business hours.
Your Impact
Manage the employee lifecycle to ensure a consistently positive and engaging experience.
Execute organization-wide Talent Programs, overseeing assessments and compensation reviews.
