Description: Almoayed Ventures has diversified interests across venture capital, real estate, logistics, distribution, and food & beverage. We are seeking a detail oriented and highly driven coordinator that's very organized.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate must have an accounting or finance degree and will be responsible coordinating various deliverables, coordinating virtual meetings, and providing administrative support while handling personal assistant duties for the Chairman. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a virtual work environment and is capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow-up.
- Manage the Chairman's calendar and requirements
