About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic sales team.
He /she will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and coordinating meetings.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Order Processing: Manage the entire order cycle, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, preparing sales documents, and updating the CRM system.
