Engineering Platform Technical Lead

We are looking for Technical Lead to join our Engineering Platform squad, which is responsible for improving the software development lifecycle of our engineers, by building tooling, providing consultancy, supporting product teams and defining processes, which they use to develop features for our customers with more simplicity, scalability, reliability and security. What you will do:
Collaborate with the team's Product Manager and Engineering Manager to maintain the platform product roadmap.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and to help drive the adoption of the platform product.
Design and review the architecture of platform features or products to ensure that simple, reliable, and easy-to-extend solutions are used.
Research and develop new architectures or technologies that represent quantitative improvements on the platform.
Establish processes and best practices that will make the engineers more effective.
Coach engineers on the team, helping them to grow and raising the bar on quality and technical excellence.
Maintain the team’s technical roadmap and manage technical debt.
Collaborate with other teams in the organization, acting as a consultant on infrastructure and developer experience decisions.
