About the job
The Pastry Chef & Confectioner is responsible for creating, preparing, and presenting a wide variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and confections. They will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and must have a strong understanding of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and artistic presentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative dessert menus for restaurants, banquets, and special events.
