Role Summary
This role will focus on the relationship of Talabat with its 3rd party logistics partners. The key task is to maintain and build a strong relationship with all partners and supervise their logistics operations. You should be involved in best practice sharing, data exchange, and oversight to elevate the performance of the riders. You should also be able to generate performance reports and report them to the logistics operations manager.
What's on Your Plate?
Build, maintain & own strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country
Build a trusting relationship that allows the exchange of information and best practices
Ensure sufficient data is shared to allow for educated directions & improvements in performance
Monitoring 3PL performance through on-site visits
Able to manage multiple projects and work under strict deadlines
Able to build a comprehensive database for 3PL partners and rider
Create procedures for 3PLs to improve rider performance
Ensure rider safety & well-being are top priorities for 3PLs and solid measures and tools are in place
Be the voice of the 3PLs to Talabat: Listen to the challenges and find solutions with the internal team
Ensure 3PL compliance to Talabat rules to increase rider loyalty
