The expectations of this job:
In your role as a Resume Writer, you'll interact with clients through various channels, including video conferencing, telephone calls, and email exchanges, to offer customized resume advice and support. Acting as a crucial part of the career transition team, you'll work in tandem with career coaches, job lead search specialists, and technical support staff to deliver a holistic and impactful service to participants. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth reviews of resumes to apply essential edits, enhancements, and suggestions that effectively highlight clients' qualifications and achievements.
