QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in IT.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years' experience in the IT field.
SKILLS: Troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem solving.
SCOPE OF WORK
Managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. Writing programs, maintaining networks, analyzing systems, and providing technical support. Designing and installing computer hardware configurations. Installing software and networking systems. Troubleshooting network and software issues.
Primary Responsibilities
HARDWARE
Knowledge in proper setup computer set with full accessories (mouse, keyboard, printer, etc.)
Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair and installation.
Developing Long term strategies and capacity planning for computer hardware needs.
Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract based installations.
Knowledge in troubleshooting/installation Computer server and BCM Telephonic Machine.
Knowledge in troubleshooting/installation of all type/brand of computer, photocopiers, printers, telephone, fax machines and biometric machine.
Knowledge in troubleshooting/installation of networking.
Consult with customers about hardware maintenance.
