Position: Nightclub Waitress
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
1.Greet guests with enthusiasm and create a welcoming atmosphere
2.Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
3.Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met
4.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar tops and service areas
5.Work collaboratively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations
6.Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with responsible service of alcohol guidelines
7.Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
1.Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in customer service, preferably in a nightclub would be an addvantage.
2.Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4.Confidence and poise when interacting with guests
5.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
6.Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology is a plus
