JDE Managed Service Consultant (Distribution)
Objective:
Navisite is seeking an experienced JDE Functional Distribution consultant to provide managed service and project support for multiple global customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supporting or implementing Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) applications.
The candidate will provide proactive and reactive support of customer JDE systems from a Functional perspective, ensuring that customer systems run smoothly, and issues are resolved in accordance with agreed procedures and within contracted service levels.
Ad-hoc project work including implementations, upgrades, customisations or process changes.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring client requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to customer questions and assisting with issue resolution which may involve one or more of the following:
Providing users with workarounds
Troubleshooting or debugging with developers
Proposing SQL fixes to database tables
