About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Employment Compliance Lead Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. You will oversee a team dedicated to upholding high standards of ethical conduct and legal compliance across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of employment compliance specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the effective execution of compliance initiatives.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs related to employment compliance, including but not limited to anti-discrimination, harassment prevention, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety.
