General description:
To develop our commercial business in The Middle East & Africa on the Hygiena range of products. You will lead a high-performing sales team to effectively achieve and exceed business objectives in full compliance with our ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide performance management direction and coaching to the MEA Hygiena sales team
Optimize business development to accelerate profitable growth reaching monthly, quarterly and annual goals while managing a regional operating budget
Sales excellence with regular sales team meetings and CRM completion – Apply all managerial tools proposed by the company (Ex: OKR)
Performance Management: Coach, engage and develop direct reports with active coaching, develop succession plans
