About the job
A leading, Middle Eastern based international bank is looking to recruit a Head of Treasury with the ability to develop and deliver a successful Treasury function in line with the Bank’s overall strategy.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing a strategy for Treasury in line with the Bank’s overall strategy
Manage and optimise the liquidity of the Bank
Manage the market risk of the business
Control the use of derivatives in the business
Execute bond, foreign exchange, money market and derivative transactions
Promote the sale of foreign exchange, derivatives and other Treasury products
Ensure Treasury’s adherence to all internal standards and guidelines and external regulations
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Contribute to the overall management of the Bank
Requirements
Extensive Bank Treasury experience
Regional banking exposure
Strong Treasury trading background
Middle East based, no remote working
