Job Title: Advisory_Deal maker (Contract)
Duration: 6 -12 months
Location: Bahrain
Job Scope:
Originate business from the Firms own network.
Tap into business opportunities from new client/investor segments.
Analyze business opportunities, determine fit, assess viability, survey market dynamics at play and create project rollout plans.
Financial engineering and investment structuring.
Build and review financial models, run sensitivity analyses, and determine key performance measures for the various investment opportunities the Firm is considering.
Coordinate with and supervise third party consultants and technical partners.
Obtain all necessary approvals, internally and externally in relation to the assignment in hand.
Prepare and execute all necessary transaction documents, investment agreements, promotional and marketing material, etc.
Supporting the promotion and marketing of any given project or transaction and handle technical queries from potential partners and investors, as required.
Ongoing financial advisory and business support for clients / projects / investee companies, etc.
Ongoing review and monitoring of the performance of clients / projects / investee companies;
Periodic reporting and preparation of statements, as necessary.
