Role: Head of Product

Salary: €80,000-€100,000 + Bonus + Stock Options

The Role:
Manage 2 Product Managers and 1 Product Designer, with plans to expand the team further
Balance both strategy and operations
Formalize, enrich, and update the Product vision, and translate it into a regularly updated roadmap
Cultivate a missionary Product culture within the organization (vs. a mercenary culture)
Identify major market trends and potential Product evolutions
Identify user pains, clearly expressed or not, and define simple solutions for complex problems
Ensure the development and improvement of the platform, following roadmap milestones
Support and challenge the development team in the preparation and monitoring of developments
Manage and support Product design in creating models & workflow (UX/UI)
Write and prioritize User Stories, and maintain an updated backlog
Ensure Product consistency, being at the intersection of business, IT, and design
Communicate with all stakeholders, creating a team dynamic, and embodying the Product vision within and outside the company
Implement and measure relevant statistics and insights to iterate and improve the product
