Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for leading the design of a wide range of digital, print and multimedia assets. This includes developing creative concepts, executing high-quality designs, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design compelling, on-brand graphics and visuals for various marketing and communications materials (e.g. websites, presentations, advertisements, social media, brochures, etc.)
- Partner with marketing, product, and other teams to understand requirements and translate business needs into impactful design solutions
- Ensure design work adheres to brand identity standards and guidelines
- Provide art direction and creative leadership to junior designers, offering guidance and feedback to develop their skills
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables
