Position Overview:
The Furniture Architect will be responsible for designing innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing furniture pieces that align with Dhaus's modern style and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate contemporary trends into practical designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original furniture designs from concept to final product.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and prototypes of furniture pieces.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current furniture trends and consumer preferences.
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for furniture designs, considering durability, aesthetics, and cost.
- Work closely with manufacturers in China, Malaysia, and Turkey to oversee the production process and ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.
- Review and approve production samples, making necessary adjustments to meet quality and design specifications.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to management for approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
