Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting and selling perfume and beauty products, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service in our stores.
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, providing a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our perfume products, including their unique features, scents, and pricing.
Sales: Actively engage customers, recommend products, and guide them through the purchase process. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain product stock levels, ensuring a neat and organized presentation.
Payment Handling: Accurately process cash transactions, provide change, and utilize electronic payment systems.
Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, offer product information, and resolve any concerns or issues courteously and efficiently.
