Proficiency in core EDI skills for both inbound and outbound transactions.
Experience in Sales Order Management, including assisting the Order Management lead with EDI mapping. This requires meticulous attention to detail when reviewing data maps and troubleshooting record failures during EDI mapping.
Competence in Order Management and Invoicing processes, including middleware and mapping with trading partners across various platforms. Experience with SAP S4 Hana is required.
Ability to handle EDI maintenance, administration, problem analysis, and resolution.
Capability to create, enhance, and modify maps and trading partner relationship setups, as well as implement them effectively.
Proficient in technical analysis, implementation, integration, and support of ERP and back-end application systems.
Effective communication skills to interface with all levels of management and client personnel.
Previous experience with Order to Cash testing or data conversion is advantageous.
Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills; ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers, and senior management, and ability to communicate with others in antagonistic situations using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict and maintain professionalism in accordance with corporate standards.
