Given the demand for their cutting-edge products and the rapid growth experienced across Europe, they are actively seeking a Head of Quality to spearhead and ensure the company and its products consistently uphold stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the continual development and enhancement of our Quality System, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and more.
Responsibilities:
Establish and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of ongoing learning to uphold the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality System processes.
Embed Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control into the fabric of the company's product development initiatives, supply chain, and ongoing operational processes.
Sets the vision for Quality System development in harmony with the company's business strategy and organizational expansion.
