Senior Quantitative Analyst
About the job
We're a small team of motivated engineers and analysts taking on the challenge of providing liquidity to crypto markets. We have built a system that traded billions of dollars in volume with last year and have plans to expand to boost our metrics by an order of magnitude this year. We’re looking for someone to help us build a world class quant research infrastructure from the ground up and leverage it to optimize models and parameters, manage risk. We are well funded, move quickly, value autonomy and have no hierarchy.
Must Have
Hardworking and self starter attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team in fluent English
Be located within the range of US West Coast to Europe timezones (GMT-8 to GMT+3)
3+ years of experience as a quant
HFT / Market making experience, ideally in the crypto context
Experience with market microstructure and/or pricing engines, setting up ML pipelines
Extensive professional experience with C++ or Python
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high performance systems to store, retrieve data at large scale for backtesting, parameter optimization
Develop pricing and risk models and deploy them to production, monitor and iterate
Collaborating closely with engineers, build systems and frameworks for managing risk, monitoring trading
Identify new venues and markets to trade
