Carpenter Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities of the carpenter include, without limitation, the following:
(a)Assemble and build crates, skids, pallets and other special packaging.
(b)Ensure crate is clean and in good condition and does not contain any bark.
(c)Maintain clean working area and surrounding areas as assigned.
(d)Maintain and care for company equipment’s and property.
(e)Open the boxes while delivered in the warehouse and close them properly to be under proper storage
(f)Support handymen while handling receiving and issuing operation.
(g)Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
(h)Prepare stoppers and dividers for using in stacking pipes operation.
Carpenter Job Requirements:
(a)Carpenter must demonstrate safe lifting techniques and adhere to all Company’s safety regulation, policies and guidelines.
(b)In order to verify that the carpenter has attained an acceptable level of skill, the Company will require carpenter provided by Contractor to pass a trade test.
