We are in search of a Business Developer based in Eastern Europe to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our business efforts in the region. We’re looking for someone who is experienced in B2B business development, particularly in high-ticket, complex sales processes. We will empower you to take on the world and create a mark in a way that only you can.
What will be your responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and engage potential clients, expanding our market share in the smart locker industry;
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network and developing new relationships within the Eastern European market;
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations, ensuring that Bloq.it is top-of-mind when it comes to smart locker solutions;
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with high-ticket B2B clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation team;
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to continually refine our approach;
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers;
Represent Bloq.it at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, building our brand and establishing ourselves as a thought leader in the smart locker space.
