Role Description:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Business Operations Manager (Ops) at ARP Digital, based in Bahrain, will oversee financial management and daily operations. This role includes financial planning, compliance, strategic analysis, and collaboration with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The candidate will also lead confidential projects, ensure financial control, and drive sustainable growth.
Location: Manama, Bahrain
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader with a track record of scaling rapid- growth start-ups.
· Deep understanding of treasury departments, and middle/back office functions of banks and broker/dealers.
· Proficiency in financial modeling and effective communication across diverse audiences.
· Experience with audits, tax preparation, and managing balance sheets > $10mm.
· 5+ years in a CFO or related senior/executive role.
· Experience in Investment Banking and financial services industry is a plus.
· Expertise in Program and Change Management.
· Exceptional stakeholder management and sales operations experience.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
· Strong preference to be approved by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) for the CFO function
