Almoayed General company require Barista and Waiter in bahrain
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards
Ensure consistent quality in every cup by properly calibrating equipment, monitoring brewing parameters, and practicing latte art techniques
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service
Educate customers about our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and seasonal specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to excellence
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee types, origins, and preparation methods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Position: Waiter/Waitress
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, escort them to the counter and their tables, and provide menus
Ensure timely and efficient service by monitoring table.
Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and offering dessert or additional items
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and delivery of orders
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions, and reconcile checks
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies as needed
Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy periods
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every guest
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of basic food and beverage terminology.
