WFM Planner
About The Job
The WFM Planner will handle short, mid, and long-term forecast and capacity planning for 5CA’s clients. This analytical and strategic role requires expertise and demonstrated ability to calculate, analyze, and interpret data and information in order to align with operating budget, financial goals, and key priorities. With focus on efficiency, resource optimization and continuous improvement, the WFM Planner is ensuring that optimal resources are available to meet customers demand and service goals.
This is 09:00 - 18:00 CET shift, Monday to Friday
Responibilities
Interpret volume forecasts and translate these into clear guidelines for management on staffing adjustments for the short, mid and long-term.
Develop forecasts and maintain/ adjust based on Operational/ client weekly inputs.
Adjust/ create staffing plans to provide Business Partners with the information needed to hire, train, and deploy staff to achieve service levels and budget targets. Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data, with the ability to recommend solutions to address business need
Provide support to ensure that we have the right people at the right time by forecasting the volume of transactions (calls, chats, emails or social interactions).
Support in scheduling the correct number of agents with the proper skills at the right time to handle the expected volume of transactions.
