About the job
A. Main Purpose of the Role
· Consolidate and accelerate market share position into assigned territories.
B. Key Areas of Accountability:
Understand marketenvironment, customer demand and competition landscape to accelerate company revenue growth in selected Technologies/Segments/Accounts
Develop Regional focus account and Mass Market distribution strategy according to company LRP (Long Range Plan)
Leverage Company Value proposition to establish strong & Long Terms business relationships with regional focus accounts & Distributions Branches.
Build a long-term relationship withing rest of cross regional functions, FAE/BDM, Operations, Supply Chain & Product Lines.
Achieve assignedSales Revenue & Demand Creations targets.
C. Requirements
Action oriented, open-minded, flexible person with strong listening communication and time conflict management skills
8 years or more sales experience in semiconductor industry with preferably multi-cultural environments
Must have semiconductor distribution management experience
Must have regional sales experience
