Full job description
Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs.
Research and monitor the latest industry trends in soft skills training.
Ensure a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, vendors or supporting organizations.
Analyze and evaluate the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum.
Analyze and report on the efficiency of the training programs.
Identify the training targets, conducting assessments on training progress, and deliver effective training.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
Passion for learning and teaching
Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees.
Experience in developing and delivering training content.
Bahraini nationals are encouraged to apply.
