We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker (Keto Specialist) to join our team at The Nut Shelf Bakery, a leading provider of delicious and innovative keto-friendly baked goods! In this hands-on role, you will play a vital role in crafting high-quality breads, pastries, cookies, and other keto treats using alternative flours and sugar substitutes. The ideal candidate will be a baker with a strong foundation in baking techniques and a commitment to creating delicious and healthy keto-friendly options for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Keto Baking Production:
Independently prepare a variety of keto-friendly pastries and baked goods according to established recipes and customer specifications.
This may include cakes, cookies, muffins, pies, breads, and other keto-approved treats (specific products may vary).
Accurately measure and weigh ingredients to ensure consistent quality, taste, and nutritional content for keto-specific recipes.
Mix doughs, batters, and fillings using alternative flours, sweeteners, and other keto-friendly ingredients.

Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
