Account Manager
About the job
We are fast-growing travel firm seeking an account manager to manage the relationship(s) with key accounts. The right candidate will be able to initiate, develop and implement strategies to maximize savings and value for money for our aviation clients and ensure margin for our company. The position provides relationship management, business analysis, procurement services and operational support for all aspects of account management. Hotel, travel or aviation experience preferred but not required.

Essential Duties:
▪ Conducts market research, hotel property analysis and market surveys consistent with customer requirements.
▪ Develops, manages, executes and renews hotel contracts on behalf of clients.
▪ Tracks and identifies savings and revenue potential in accounts by studying current business and identifying and evaluating additional needs/opportunities.
▪ Develops account loyalty by making presentations, explaining/ensuring knowledge of products, service enhancements and additions and introducing new products and services.
▪ Contribute information to account management strategies by evaluating current products results; identify customer’s unmet needs; monitor competitive products; analyze customer reactions and share this knowledge with the Account Management team and leadership.
