Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to join our team working on SUSE's AI acceleration. As the AI Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technically and providing direction for our AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, and mentor the organization engineers and architects around AI.
Focus Areas:
Perform the technical leadership for AI at SUSE. Provide technical development guidance, coaching and mentoring across the organization.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and AI leadership to identify and prioritize project requirements
Develop and maintain the needed solutions.
Mentor other engineers, provide code reviews, PoCs and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our AI solution
