Salt is working with one of the world's leading affiliate marketing agencies, working to deliver the best-in-class SEO and Content for clients globally, seeking freelance bilingual (Spanish and English) SEO Specialists and Managers to join the team on a freelance basis.

You will:
-- Collaborate with the regional manager and SEO team to define SEO strategy and support editorial and product staff
-- Train, manage, develop, and potentially recruit SEO Executives
-- Train editors on SEO best practices
-- Grow traffic on high-revenue websites
-- Ensure new website features and product releases are SEO-friendly
-- Conduct competitor and keyword analysis
-- Perform technical website audits and troubleshoot issues
-- Derive insights from SEO reports
-- Refine and optimise link-building strategies
You will need:
-- Strong technical SEO experience, with experience in the iGaming industry
-- Essential - affiliate background
-- Proven success in long-term SEO strategy implementation
-- Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach
-- Ability to manage resources and demonstrate ranking and commercial growth
-- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills
