Full job description
RICH HOUSE REAL ESTATE is looking for *PROPERTY CONSULTANT* for Leasing and Sales Department.
*Kindly Note: WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and the above post is for both MALE & FEMALE candidates*
The Ideal Candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Listing of available properties for sale or rent on the various companies' platforms, i.e.: property websites and social media platforms.
- Promotion of properties through advertisements and listing services.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
- Providing guidance and assistance to interested buyers, sellers and tenants.
- Assisting clients in negotiation, pricing, mortgage processes, legal requirements, and all other related matters, whilst ensuring fair and honest dealings.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, lease agreements and other related documentations)
- Maintain and update an extensive database of all property listings for sale or rent.
- Conducts background checks on prospective tenants
